Foyer St. Etienne Residents 2011-2012	Foyer St. Etienne is located in Les Cayes, Haiti. It was founded on November 23, 1980 by Oblate priests and parishioners of Scared Heart Church in Les Cayes, Haiti to house the elderly in need.
